77% of India's overall real estate sale came from only 4 cities

Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, and Delhi-NCR accounted for 77% of the 70,631 homes sold across India's top seven cities during the first quarter of FY26. Each city recorded more than 10,000 housing sales, while demand for homes priced above ₹1 crore increased by around 30%. Overall housing sales rose 8% year-on-year, highlighting strong buyer confidence despite economic uncertainties.
