Delhi Minister Manjinder Sirsa dismissed Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann's claims on stubble burning, saying he was misinformed. "CM Mann falsely claimed that paddy harvesting hadn't yet begun...However, according to his government's data, 77% of the stubble has already been burnt," Sirsa said.
