77 year-old Pune woman gives new life through organ donation

A 77-year-old woman in Pune suffered a massive, irreversible brain hemorrhage and was declared brain-dead. Despite the hopeless prognosis, the medical team maintained organ viability with advanced life support. With family consent, one liver and two kidneys were successfully retrieved, giving new life to multiple patients through organ donation.
