7-day lockdown in Chhattisgarh's Raipur, Birgaon from July 22

Chhattisgarh government will impose a seven-day lockdown from July 22 to 28 in municipal limits of Raipur and Birgaon amid COVID-19 outbreak, Collector S Bharathi Dasan said. Essential services have been exempted from lockdown. Items including vegetables, fruits, among others, can be sold from 6 am-10 am, while milk vendors and newspaper hawkers can work from 6 am-9.30 am.
