8,000 flat registries in Greater Noida stalled over ₹400 cr dues

Over 8,000 homebuyers across nine housing projects under the UP State Industrial Development Authority in Greater Noida are unable to register their flats. The registries are stalled amid developers' unpaid dues of over ₹400 crore to state authority, incomplete construction and protracted dispute over floor area ratio (FAR), TOI reported. Land for these projects was allotted between 2007 and 2011.
