8 arrested in “collision” death of Indian restaurant manager in UK

Eight arrests have been made within a week in the death of an Indian restaurant manager in Reading, south-east England, on Feb 14, 2024. Police have begun a murder investigation. Vignesh Pattabhiraman, 36, was killed in a road collision while cycling home after work. An individual named Shazeb Khalid, aged 24, arrested on suspicion of murder, has since been charged.
