8 dead in Nepal floods near Tibet, even rescue helicopters find it hard to land

Eight people have died and dozens including personnel remain missing after a massive flash flood swept through Nepal's Rasuwa district, which has a population of about 50,000, near the Tibet border. Water levels were so high that even rescue helicopters struggled to land in the worst-hit areas. Casualties could rise as floods also damaged roads, bridges and power projects.
