8 Indian sailors detained in Iran arrive in India, say 'Spent 50 days in jail'

A group of eight Indian sailors, who were detained in Iran, returned to Mumbai on Sunday. "They've told us that these people were in jail for 50 days," General Secretary of the Forward Seamen Union of India, Manoj Yadav, said. Merchant Navy Captain Vijay Kumar said Iranian naval forces intercepted the crew following a technical failure on board their vessel.
