8 killed after vehicle carrying pilgrims falls into well in Maharashtra

At least 8 people were killed and several were injured after a pickup van carrying pilgrims fell into a well in Maharashtra’s Pandharpur on Sunday, officials said. Several passengers were trapped inside the van after it fell into the water, as the driver had reportedly lost its control. Those injured in the accident have been sent to the hospital.
