8 men risk having their fingers cut off after being convicted of theft in Iran

Eight Iranian men convicted of theft are in risk of having their fingers on one hand cut off, an NGO warned, decrying the punishment as "inhuman". Authorities have reportedly informed the men that they will be transferred to a prison with a guillotine machine in the coming days.
