The Supreme Court advised late industrialist Sunjay Kapur's mother Rani Kapur to consider mediation instead of a prolonged litigation with her daughter-in-law Priya Sachdev in their ₹30,000-crore estate battle. "You are 80. This isn't the age...to fight," the SC said. Rani has challenged Rani Kapur Family Trust's creation, alleging it was formed fraudulently to divest her of her entire estate.
