80-yr-old Congress leader from Haridwar, Harpal Sathi, joins BJP

Senior Congress leader from Haridwar, Harpal Singh Sathi, joined BJP along with his supporters in the presence of Uttarakhand BJP President Mahendra Bhatt. On joining BJP, 80-year-old Sathi said that the BJP was his family and he was returning to it after realising his mistake. Sathi is a three-time former MP from Haridwar and won twice on a BJP ticket.
