82% of Indian employees eyeing job changes in 2025: Study

According to Aon's 2025 Employee Sentiment Study, 82% of Indian employees are either switching jobs or may do so within the next 12 months. The study, based on responses from over 9,000 employees across various countries, found the global average to be 60%. Moreover, nearly 33% of new joiners in India start looking for a new job within 6-12 months.
