82 cases of ‘Tomato Fever’ recorded in India: Lancet
India has recorded 82 cases of the 'Tomato Fever' infection known to affect children under the age of five, said The Lancet. First detected in Kerala on May 6, the flu is a rare viral disease that causes red-coloured rashes, skin irritation and dehydration. Treatment requires a doctor's consultation with one of the precautions being to not scratch the blisters.
