87% of IndiGo passengers want to file class action lawsuit: Survey

87% of IndiGo fliers believe that the airline's recent service deficiencies should be taken up under Class Action provision of Consumer Protection Act (CP Act) 2019, according to survey by LocalCircles. Over 30,000 respondents raised concerns about IndiGo's "refund integrity, zero-cancellation/insurance promises, shifting itineraries without consent, and lack of compensation upon missing flights."
