8chan forum, linked to US mass shootings, returns as '8kun'

The anonymous forum 8chan, that was taken down in August after allegedly being linked to the El Paso mass shooting, relaunched as '8kun' on Sunday. Several 8chan boards were migrated, excluding '/pol/' where the gunman allegedly posted his manifesto before carrying out the crime. However, 8kun features a disclaimer saying it will remove any content deemed illegal in the US.
