8th pass Ludhiana's Charanjit Kaur owns thriving jute bag business

At 54, Charanjit Kaur, a resident of Bhagwanpura village, who is 8th pass, today sells handmade jute bags to leading companies and NRI clients. Kaur receives bulk orders from companies such as Tata and Jonty Agro and earns up to Rs 50,000 a month. She also trains women and girls in nearby villages, making them independent and self-reliant.
