Former Speaker of Uttarakhand Assembly and eight-time MLA Harbans Kapoor passed away aged 75 in Dehradun on Monday morning. CM Pushkar Singh Dhami has condoled the BJP leader's demise. "I pray to the Almighty to grant the virtuous soul a place at his feet and give strength to his family, supporters and well-wishers in this hour of grief," Dhami said.
