8-year Airbnb executive Belinda Johnson to step down as COO

Belinda Johnson, an eight-year Airbnb veteran, will step down as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the US-based home-sharing rental platform in March next year. Johnson, who was Airbnb's first executive hire, will join the platform's board. She is moving out of the executive role at a time when Airbnb is preparing to list its shares in 2020.
