More than 9,000 domestic flights were cancelled or delayed across the United States on Saturday evening due to a winter storm, Reuters reported, citing tracking site FlightAware. New York and New Jersey declared a state of emergency due to the harsh weather. New Jersey and Pennsylvania also issued commercial vehicle restrictions on several roads, including multiple interstate highways.
