9 killed as unknown gas leaks from factory in Punjab, 11 others hospitalised

At least nine people were killed and 11 others were hospitalised due to a gas leak at a factory in Punjab's Ludhiana, officials said on Sunday. Visuals showed police, local administration, and medical team personnel at the spot of the incident in the Giaspura area. Officials are still trying to ascertain which gas caused the fatalities, Ludhiana West SDM said.
