9 out of 10 most-valued firms lose ₹4.7 lakh crore m-cap in 1 week

Nine of the 10 most-valued Indian companies lost ₹4.74 lakh crore from their market valuation between September 30 and October 4. This comes as stock markets crashed, with Sensex dropping around 3,883 points during the holiday-shortened week. Reliance Industries emerged as the top loser, whose m-cap fell by ₹1.88 lakh crore.
