9 police officers killed, 8 kidnapped by militants in Pakistan

At least nine police officers were killed after militants launched an attack on a police post in Pakistan's Balochistan on Monday night. Eight police officers were also kidnapped by the attackers, however, all of them were later recovered in a security operation. No group immediately claimed responsibility for the attack.
