19 years since Cantona's 'King celebration' goal

On 21st December, 1996, Manchester United's Eric Cantona, referred to as 'The King', scored a goal with an audacious chip in a Premier League game against Sunderland. The Frenchman’s pirouette and pose celebration following the goal was at-the-time voted the best goal celebration in the Premier League’s history. In 2012, Cantona was named PL’s Overseas Player of the Decade (1990-2000).
