90 kg chhena, 60 kg khoya destroyed in Uttar Pradesh ahead of Holi

The Food Safety Department of Uttar Pradesh is carrying out a crackdown on adulterators ahead of Holi. In one such crackdown, the department destroyed 60 kg of adulterated khoya, 90 kg of chhena, 250 litres of milk, 60 kg of spices, and 370 kg of kachri-papad in Barabanki. The department urges people to be cautious of adulteration, especially during festivals.
