90-year-old veteran wears robot belt, gets out of wheelchair & climbs stairs

A 90-year-old war veteran in China was seen wearing a robotic exoskeleton at the 2026 World Robot Conference in China's Beijing. The man, in a ceremonial army uniform, struggled to get out of his wheelchair before putting on a robotic belt-like device. He was then seen climbing stairs with ease, saying, "It feels so effortless."
