95% of voters deleted in WB's Nandigram are Muslims, shows data
Over 95% of voters deleted in post-adjudication supplementary electoral lists in West Bengal's Nandigram are Muslims, according to a study by Kolkata-based research organisation Sabar Institute. Muslims form over one-fourth of the constituency's electorate. The seat has been held since 2021 by BJP leader and Leader of Opposition Suvendu Adhikari, who is seeking to retain it in the upcoming polls.
