96 Indian planes at risk as Boeing flags autopilot glitch in 737 Max

Boeing has identified a software glitch in some 737 MAX aircrafts that could cause automated flight guidance to disengage during certain landing scenarios. The issue could potentially affect 96 aircrafts operated by Air India Express and Akasa Air, which have 53 and 43 737 MAX planes, respectively. The aircraft was grounded globally after fatal crashes in 2018 and 2019.
