971 Punjab Police officers, from SPs to ASIs, have completed a one-year Certified Investigator Course in NDPS at RGNUL, Patiala. Conducted with ANTF and the Health Department, the programme covered legal procedures, digital evidence, search and seizure, and rehabilitation frameworks, aiming to build a specialised cadre for stronger narcotics prosecutions.
