98% of my doctors haven't left in 25 years: Dr. Bhaskar Rao

KIMS founder Dr B. Bhaskar Rao revealed his hospital chain has retained 98% of its doctors over 25 years. He attributed this to giving them freedom, technology, fair finances, and patient access. "Even when offered blank cheques elsewhere, they stay because they feel ownership here," he said. KIMS today operates over 25 hospitals across India.
