99% die in religion they were born into, don't examine inherited beliefs: Javed

Veteran screenwriter Javed Akhtar questioned whether people ever examine beliefs they inherited from their parents, or keep following what they were taught as children. Reiterating his staunch atheist beliefs, Akhtar said, "99% of the people die in the religion they're born into." He added, "There are 10 major religions in the world. The only similarity is that they are unreasonable."
