9th accused arrested in Red Fort blast case from Delhi

NIA has arrested Yasir Ahmad Dar from Delhi, the ninth accused for the car bomb blast near Delhi’s Red Fort area last month. NIA said that Dar, a resident of Shopian in J&K, had an "active role" in the conspiracy and had taken an oath to carry out "self-sacrificial operations". He was in close contact with Umar Nabi, NIA added.
