A Texas-based nine-year-old boy, Reuben Paul, is the special ambassador at the ongoing Ground Zero Summit 2015, a four-day hacker conference being held in New Delhi. Paul, who is an app developer, a cyber security expert and the CEO of game development firm Prudent Games, is the youngest attendee of the summit and will reportedly teach cyber security to children.
