9-yr-old girl choked to death by her own 'dupatta' in Himachal

A nine-year-old girl choked to death after her 'dupatta' got entangled in a flour mill in Himachal Pradesh's Hamirpur on Saturday. According to police, Manisha Kumari was filling water from a tap when she slipped and her 'dupatta' got stuck in the mill. An immediate relief of ₹5,000 has been provided to the girl's family, officials said.
