US Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden said that "a black man invented the light bulb, not a white guy named Edison" during a speech in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Biden spoke with community leaders after a private meeting with the family of Jacob Blake, a black man who was shot seven times by the police.
