A brain expert says parents shouldn’t call their children smart

A brain expert says that your choice of words matter when you're praising a child. He says calling your child smart isn't the right way to go about it, as if a child finds something hard to do, they may think that their parents lied to them. Instead one should say 'I am proud of the hard work you're doing'.
