A combination of Ranji winners should be fielded in Irani Cup: Ex-India player

Former cricketer Karsan Ghavri has proposed a combined team that consists of players from 2021-22 and 2019-20 Ranji winning squads, namely Madhya Pradesh and Saurashtra, should be fielded in this year's Irani Cup. "It is only fair that the BCCI picks a...squad consisting [seven players from both sides]," Ghavri said. Notably, the Irani Cup 2019-20 wasn't held due to COVID-19.
