Todd Graves, billionaire CEO of Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers restaurant chain, said his number one red flag while hiring is employees who change jobs frequently. He said that such candidates can come across as job-hoppers who are on a "quest for titles". "When they're more into title and control versus teamwork, it's a huge red flag for me," said Graves.
