A new norovirus vaccine pill could protect against all strains

A new vaccine pill trial is currently underway to treat the highly contagious norovirus infection, which has led to a record number of patients in hospitals across the United Kingdom. A California-based biotech company that is testing the pills says it could potentially be available for use in just a few years.
