Congress leader Kanhaiya Kumar said that there are some people in the country who spread hate and divide people, while he believes in "raising the voice of love against hate". In a video shared by his party, Kumar can be heard saying, "The person who cannot love, cannot bring 'Inquilab' (revolution). The person who cannot love, cannot bring change."
