A piece of tech won't replace humans overnight: Zerodha CTO on AI

Zerodha CTO Kailash Nadh said the brokerage's employees were "afraid of job losses" amid fear, uncertainty and hype during big LLM breakthroughs two to three years ago. "So, we came up with an AI policy," he said. "We wanted to pacify and assure our people that a piece of technology wouldn't come and displace them overnight," he added.
