Aam Aadmi Party names Amit Palekar as its CM face for Goa polls

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Wednesday named advocate Amit Palekar as its chief ministerial candidate for upcoming Assembly elections in Goa. AAP national convenor Arvind Kejriwal made the announcement during a press briefing in Panaji. The party will be contesting all the 40 Assembly seats in Goa against BJP, Congress, TMC and the Nationalist Congress Party-Shiv Sena alliance.
