Aamir Khan seen requesting Arijit not to quit playback singing in old video, says 'Don't do this'

Arijit Singh announced his retirement from playback singing last month. Soon after the announcement, reports suggested that Aamir Khan had tried to convince the singer to reconsider his decision. An old video has surfaced showing Aamir requesting Arijit not to quit playback singing, saying, "Aise mat kar yaar, hum logon ka kya hoga bhai? (Don't do this...what'll happen to us?)"
