AAP announced candidates while alliance talk was underway: Hooda

Congress MP Deepender Singh Hooda said that his party and AAP could not form a pre-poll alliance for Haryana Assembly elections as AAP announced names of candidates while the alliance talks were underway. "AAP's ground presence in Haryana is limited," Hooda told HT. "Congress is capable on its own. It's not going to affect our electoral prospects," he further said.
