AAP approaches Rajya Sabha Chairman, seeks disqualification of Raghav Chadha, 6 other MPs

AAP MP Sanjay Singh on Sunday submitted a petition to Rajya Sabha Chairman CP Radhakrishnan, seeking disqualification of seven MPs, including Raghav Chadha, in the Upper House who recently quit AAP to join BJP. Singh claimed the move by the seven Rajya Sabha MPs amounted to defection as it was against the provisions of the anti-defection law.
