AAP MLAs assaulted me in CM's presence: Delhi Chief Secy

Delhi Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash has alleged that he was manhandled by AAP MLAs in the presence of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Monday evening. Reportedly, a heated argument between the Chief Secretary and the MLAs led to the incident. The CM office has denied the charges and claimed that the Chief Secretary had misbehaved with the MLAs.
