AAP to seek disqualification of Chadha, 6 MPs who quit party for BJP: Report

AAP is preparing to move a plea seeking the disqualification of all seven Rajya Sabha MPs, including Raghav Chadha, who quit the party for the BJP, News18 reported, citing sources. The plea will be moved under the anti-defection law. However, since defecting MPs constitute over 2/3rd of AAP's total MPs in the RS (10), the law exempts them from disqualification.
