AAP wakes up when there is a problem: Manoj on Delhi's air quality

Speaking about Delhi's worsening air quality, BJP MP Manoj Tiwari said the pollution is "getting harmful" again and AAP doesn't have any intention to reduce it. "The river and the air are polluted.
