Aashirvaad Atta maker's profit rises 10% to ₹2,933 crore

Aashirvaad Atta maker ITC on Wednesday posted a 9.86% year-on-year rise in its net profit to ₹2,933 crore for the quarter ended March 31. The fast-moving consumer goods giant had posted a net profit of ₹2,669.47 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. However, the firm's revenue fell 27.9% to ₹10813 crore during the quarter.
