Aastha Spintex has fixed September 9, 2026 as the record date for the proposed final dividend of ₹0.10 per equity share, while shareholders will consider the 1:1 bonus issue at the September 16 AGM. The company is also expanding from yarn to fabric manufacturing following the recent Falcon Yarns acquisition.
